USER DATA DELETION

Effective date: 15 April 2026

You have the right to request deletion of the personal data DOOGG PTE. LTD. holds about you. This page explains what we can delete, what we cannot, and how to make the request.

1. What we can delete

On request, we will delete:

• Messages you have exchanged with our team through the support chat at chat.doo.gg, together with the associated guest account and any metadata tied to your chat session.
• Profile information received from a third-party identity provider (for example, your name, email address, profile picture and platform user ID obtained via Facebook Login, if you used it).
• Any other personal information you have provided to us by email, phone or another channel.

2. What we cannot delete

Certain records must be retained for a legally defined period. We will not delete:

• Invoices and accounting records required under Singapore law (typically 5 to 7 years).
• Records necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
• Security logs retained under our ordinary cycle (up to 30 days).

Where we keep data under one of these obligations, we restrict access to it and do not use it for any other purpose.

3. How to request deletion

You can submit a deletion request through either of the following channels:

Option A — Support chat (fastest). Open the chat widget on doo.gg and send a message stating that you want your data deleted. Include enough information to identify you (for example, the email address or Facebook account you used). A team member will acknowledge the request and guide you through any verification step.

Option B — Postal mail. Send a signed letter to DOOGG PTE. LTD., 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422, stating that you want your data deleted and including enough information for us to identify you.

4. What happens next

• We will acknowledge your request within five business days.
• We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on the request.
• We will complete the deletion within 30 days of verification, or notify you if more time is needed (up to an additional 60 days) and explain why.
• Once done, we will confirm in writing that the deletion has been performed, and indicate which categories of data (if any) we have retained under legal obligation.

5. Third-party platforms

If you connected to us via a third-party platform such as Facebook / Meta, deleting your data from DOOGG does not automatically delete data held by the platform itself. To remove data from that platform, please use its own deletion tools.
